My interest in Poor Old Lu began with someone giving me a remix of "Chance for the Chancers", arguably their best song ever.

the original demo of All Pretty for the TV MP3 (right click and select save). Scott has kindly provided this rare track exclusively for this site, which he refers to as All Pretty for the Demo :) It was recorded in 1992 at the Innovations Studio (Seattle, WA), the same place that the album "Straight Six" was recorded. The song features some "triangle" work done by Poor Old Lu's longtime friend, Damien Jurado.

On July 10, 2011, all four members of Poor Old Lu reunited in the Jesse's livingroom in Seattle to play a benefit acoustic councert for the awesome Ugandan Water Project that Jesse is involved in. They performed four songs: For the Love of my Country, Chance for the Chancers, Sickly, and Cannon Fire Orange. These four songs are available in a free album download!
